Although my family remained in North Carolina, I went to college in California and pursued my teaching career for a decade. Making my way back to North Carolina I then launched a successful fitness business, for another decade, which allowed me the opportunity to raise my family and focus on teaching health and fitness. I've been blessed with the gift of teaching , having received the "Teaching Excellence Award" from Private Enterprise in Houston. I  always knew that no matter what I chose to do I would always be teaching in some capacity. This holds true even in my career as a NC Real Estate Broker.

I've always had a passion for Real Estate but knew a career in this field would require a 100% commitment of time and energy -- because that's what a client deserves. Now that my children are raised I have the time and energy I can devote to my clients and this career affords me the opportunity to pursue my passion for real estate while helping and teaching others along the way.

When I formed The Rachel Kendall Team my main goal for our clients was to educate, assist and provide expert advice when purchasing or selling a home or investment property. My most challenging task, yet most rewarding accomplishment, has been surrounding myself with a team of experts who share my same philosophy. We are dedicated to making your home choice and transition as smooth as possible. Remaining available by considering "after closing" equally as important as before is my definition of full service!
