I am proud to say I am one of the few full time Realtors left!I guess you could call me kind of a work-a-holic or as my wife says "married to my phone" I have my CRS, ABR, E-PRO designations. I believe that education is the key to life. I take great pride is knowing the current market conditions better than anyone else in my area. I am a very tech savy agent as it seems like everyone expects you to have email response within 2 seconds anymore hehehe....
I love to laugh and have a good time. Most of my clients are my best friends now I'm proud to say. I love helping people and joys this business brings to families. Not all clients and transactions are pleasant ones but I take each file with a grain of salt. I guess you could say I'm kind of old school with my work ethic. I believe that honesty is always the best policy as its pretty hard for someone to say "damnit he was honest with me" :). I give 120% to all my clients and go whatever it takes to get the job done. I was in construction for 12 years before Real Estate which gives me a lot of background on homes that most agents have no clue about. It also makes it really easy for me to just get something done right, without taking the chance of finding someone that doesnt take as much pride in their work as me.

I specialize in Residential Sales of the greater part of the Salt Lake Valley. Most of my buyers are relocating from out of state or first time home buyers. I prefer relocating buyers for the simple fact they have a more realistic outlook of what they want and most importantly they will trust what I say as the area specialist. Plus the motivation level is a lot higher which is always nice :). I have my website set up for buyers secifically as it has the best IDX you can get on the market. It will show you neighborhood comparables, home sales in the area and google maps! It will keep a record of al the homes you look at they automatically start emailing you similar properties without lifting a finger! Yes you can tell I love the service. It makes it really nice for me and my buyers love being able to search on their own 24 hrs a day.
A lot of my sellers are short sales as most of sellers these days unfortunately! Our market is tought but improving by the day and we arent as bad as the rest of the country :)
