Patrick Woods brings an unparalleled passion for real estate to the Sacramento office.   Over the past two years Patrick has closed over $55 million in real estate transactions, with over $14 million in 2006 alone.  While his passion lies in residential real estate, he also has an extensive knowledge in commercial and investment real estate.   In addition, he has repeatedly walked clients through the rigorous 1031 exchange process.

Prior to working in real estate, Patrick worked extensively with early-stage and mid-stage corporate ventures, facilitating their growth from garage-based start-ups to enterprise-class service providers.  His entrepreneurial skills and enthusiasm have been key factors in his real estate success.

Patrick currently resides in the Natomas area with his wife, Gina and Son, Jack.
