Harper Ramos and Sheridan was formed in 1990 by a small group of real estate agents who shared common goals and a high level of professionalism. Today we have over 30 real estate agents and a wide selection of property types including: waterfront, vacation property, historic homes, and new homes and developments. We list and sell homes not only in Bristol, Warren, and Little Compton, but have expanded our services to cover nearby Massachusetts, Providence, and locations around the West Bay. Having lived in Southeastern MA for most of my life, I moved to the Eastbay in 1998. In sales for many years, I opened an antique shop in Downtown Bristol 1n 1996. My interests in design, antiques, architecture and contemporary Rhode Island artists led me to my C.1842 Greek Revival home in Warren's Historic Village and a career in real estate in 2000. I represents my clients with the utmost professionalism and have been a Multi-Million $$$ Producer every year since. I am passionate about Rhode Island and the communities in which I live and work. I feel that this area is extraordinarily rich in diversity and culture. I am an active member of my community to include The Warren Preservation Society and The Discover Warren Merchants Association. I also am a strong supporter of Grow Smart RI and Preserve RI which concentrates on preserving our Historic culture and building & developing better communities thruout RI.
When not working, I spend a great deal of time fundraising and volunteering for various organizations, believing it is important to give back to our communities in order to make them better places to live for everyone.

My interests in Historic Downtowns,neighborhoods & waterfronts, makes me particularly knowledgeable in all these areas.I would say 99% of my listings are within walking distance to any of theses neighborhoods. I work a great deal with buyers and sellers wanting to make lifestyle changes into walkable communities that they can both live and work in, such as Warren, Bristol, Newport, & Providence. I enjoy working with clients looking for diversity and the cultural aspects of these types of communities.
Waterfront communities are also a big draw for many of my clients relocating for a first or second home. This often leads us into not only Warren, Bristol & Newport but also Barrington,Tiverton, Little Compton, Portsmouth, Middletown,Westport & So. Dartmouth, MA and everything in between. Many of these afore mentioned communities also offer a picturesque rural character which is very desirable here as well. My neighboring town of Barrington, is always very desirable to my clients seeking a high quality of education for their children, in safe, beautiful neighborhoods and a short 10 minute commute to Providence.
One of the most rewarding parts of my job is finding homes for first time homebuyers, whether it be a 2 - 3 family home or a small home within walking distance to where they want to be.Many of these people are not only young couples starting out but also single woman or parents, it is most gratifying to be a part of that time in their lives.
