Very passionate about consulting buyers and sellers on the real estate market to make excellent choices and informed decisions.  My quest to become a REALTOR began as a hunt for the "TRUTH".  Having been on the the wrong end of a few real estate deals as an  newbie investor, I was not knowledgable as I should have been and trusted people to "do the right thing".   Needless to say that experience did not work out well. However, after dusting myself off, I became absolutely compelled to learn as much as possible about real estate.  After becoming licensed I have helped many families realize their dreams of home ownership.  Recently I received the (CDPE) Certified Distressed Property Expert designation.
