Pat is a Real Estate enthusiast and Investor who recently became a Realtor in order to help others avoid some of the pitfalls of Real Estate Buying, Selling and Investing. With 25 years of management experience with the Nike company, Pat is able to bring a very unique set of tools (and considerably less baggage) compared to many longer termed Realtors.

Pat has a depth of knowledge of the local North Texas area, where he has lived the past 17 years, which he freely shares with his clients. Pat has also embraced technological marketing with his listings accessible from over 1,000 different web sites. Pat has specialized on Foreclosures and Distressed properties but is just as dedicated to the buyers and sellers with whom he works to make this most important transaction as smooth as possible.

Pat's passions outside of his family are Real Estate, Travel and Sports. He invested in Real Estate Internationally with a home on the Caribbean island of Roatan and is passionate about travel world wide. He spent 10 years living in Europe (and playing basketball) where he met and married his wife Sara. They have three grown children who are all encouraging him in his new career in Real Estate.
