Qualifications

I worked for a major supermarket chain for over 20 years as a grocery manager, customer service manager, and general store manager. Working in retail has exposed me to people, lots of people. Dealing with people and responding to there needs is paramount to being successful in all endeavors in life. I will listen to your needs and respond in a timely fashion.

I have also invested in real estate in New York and in Arizona and continue to invest in it till this day.

Relevant Experience

In addition to working in the retail field, I dabble in E-bay which has generated an additional income.

When signing on to work for Keller Williams Real Estate I have received an enormous amount of training and have used there vast resources to gain more knowledge. I have kept up with continuing education classes an seminars to keep myself up-to-date.

Other Experience

Music is another passion. Whether its playing , writing or performing , it's a great release. While my performing days are in the past, it still is nice to fall back on.

Objective

I decided to go into the real estate field to help people realize their dreams. Someone may dream of buying their first home, while another person may be looking for a place to retire to or a second home that they can vacation to. What ever your real estate needs may be I will be able to help. I enjoy helping people and will go the extra mile to get your needs met. I want to make this very important process a pleasant one.

Qualifications

Before working in real estate I worked for The United States Postal Service on Long Island in New York. I was a letter carrier for 16 years and also worked in the office for some of that time. This gave me an opportunity to work with a lot of people. I also worked for the IRS and several limousine companies. While I worked in the limousine companies I handled reservations and dispatch, this helped with map skills as well as customer service.

After moving to Arizona I invested in real estate and then got my real estate license and now I'm helping people buy sell, and invest.

Graduated from Conntequot High School in 1981

2 years of Agriculture at Farmingdale State University

Graduate of Best School Of Real Estate out of Sedona Arizona

Relevant Experience

While investing in real estate I gained knowledge on market values, home inspections, home loans, home warranties, and many other aspect of buying and selling home and property. This knowledge helps me to educate my clients and makes their buying or selling experience less stressful.

Other Experience

During High School and College I managed a boarding kennle for dogs and cats. Animals are one of my passions, I have a pug named Sammy and a cocateil named Floyd. I also love to paint and draw, I took a couple of art classes at Suffolk community college in New York.
