PATRICK SCHUTTE, pronounced "shoota", has been investing in Prescott area real estate for over 15 years including industrial land, commercial space, income properties, and residential vacant land. As former Reconnaissance Marine, Patrick brings tenacity and integrity to his real estate practice.

During the recent recession, he focused on the foreclosure, REO, and short-sales markets. Now Patrick is focused on bringing buyers and sellers together  by leveraging his knowledge of technology and internet marketing into quick sales for his clients. Patrick continues to implement Web 2.0 technologies to service his customers using blogs, Facebook, and Twitter. Patrick believes in continuous learning and holds designations as a Certified Foreclosure Specialist, Certified Buyer’s Representative, and e-PRO.

He lives in Prescott with his kids, Mackenzie and Slater, and enjoys running, teaching indoor cycling at the YMCA and PUSH Cycle Studio, coaching boy’s soccer,  racing in triathlons, mountain-biking and hiking. Patrick is also involved in several charities including the Ride430 that raises money for wounded and fallen Marines and Airmen and the MARSOC Foundation that raises money for the families of Marine Special Operators.
