| I've know Katy for years and there is NO ONE else I would think of going to regarding property sales. Plus, she's beautiful, intelligent and fun! Her word is gold. She is an exhaustive researcher. She is unflappable if things start to get "complicated" and she is a great problem solver. We have purchased many lots with her. Also, we have purchased and sold a house with her.
