"Hi! I'm Pattie Mancini!" People say her enthusiastic greeting and beaming smile make any prospective home buyer or lister, feel they've just found a long-lost friend.

 After beginning her real estate career in 1988, Pattie decided on adding to her services and opened Maximum Title nine years later. She spent the next ten years creating a positive and festive atmosphere for home buyers on their most intense day - "Closing Day." In 2008 she went full-circle, by returning to the world of real estate as an agent with Avery-Hess Realtors.  "I've never regretted that decision," Pattie states. "I love being with people.  As a title agent I only could share a small part of someone's home-buying experience.  I enjoy learning about my clients and tell them "I come with the house".  It's not a transaction to me; it's helping people and developing relationships long-term. There is nothing more exciting than seeing the looks on their faces when I find my clients the perfect home." 

Knowing the incredible reputation Pattie Mancini earned over the years as a title agent, it came as no surprise that she recently received the Distinguished Service award from Avery-Hess after only her second year as an agent.  "I've received numerous awards over the years," Pattie states, "because I care about the job I do and for the people I serve.  It's part of my personality.  I'm a giver and make it a point to go above and beyond whenever I can." 

When she is not working with a client, you will normally find her at any number of networking events, including FreeNI (Free Networking Invitational), Friday's at 4, Giving Connections, Venture Street and Success in the City.  She is a former member of the Tysons Referal Masters, (having had to quit to be able to take care of her mother who was diagnosed with dementia) Professional Partners and the McLean Business Forum of Business Networking International (BNI).    During her tenure as a member of BNI, she's held a variety of leadership positions, including Public Relations, Membership Committee, Visitor Host, Educational Coordinator, Mentor Coordinator and Secretary/Treasurer. 

Pattie is always looking for qualified referrals. "A good source of referral for me would be someone needing a ‘giver.' I take time with people.  I listen and I believe the philosophy that ‘It's about you.' While I help people buy and sell homes, I enjoy matching people with their homes and helping in whatever way I can. I want to become your trusted advisor because it IS who you know... not what you know!"
