Loan Document Signing Services:
We ensure that your refinance or purchase real estate transaction closes professionally and promptly. We offer timely appointment scheduling, reliable document delivery service, and quality control procedures by professional courteous signing agents. Our Certified Signing Agents will meet at a location that is specified by your customers, whether it be their home, work or a location of their choice. Our Certified Signing Agents will also travel to the offices of Title Companies or Lenders. Once the loan documents have been signed properly, notarized and checked for accuracy, they are sent back per your instructions.

Fee Structure: **
• Signing at "Borrower" Location $150 (includes 2 printed sets of emailed documents)
• Signing at Title Company or Lender's Office (fee dependant on number of loan signings)
** Services include notarization, obtaining all signatures required and proper identification, acquiring any additional information from Borrower as required by lender/escrow, pick-up and delivery, and completion in a timely manner, at a convenient location for the borrowers and/or escrow, title or lender. Additional fees may be charged for travel over 30 miles one way
from zip code 85234. Fees negotiated prior to assignment.
NOTE: Notary Signing Agent's fee is due in full for a completed signing, even if loan does not fund. If re-signing is necessary due to Notary error or omission, there is no charge.
