Platt has over thirty years of experience in business and real estate in the New York, Massachusetts and Rhode Island markets and is active in the luxury real estate markets there with VCJ Property, LLC where he oversaw the renovation of the groups two premier properties.

Platt has vacationed since the age of five in Delray Beach. His parents, grandparents and godfather all owned property in Delray Beach, south of Linton, on Laing Street, in Gulf Stream and at the Seagate Towers. Platt has made Delray Beach his permanent residence since 2008 after selling his Rhode Island business of 37 years, Island Sports. Platt is an accomplished sailor, boater, national champion windsurfer, kitesurfer and golfer.
