As a Realtor looking to have a long and successful career, I am very concerned with delivering the best service to my clients that I possibly can. I know that word of mouth and repeat business are key in this industry to create a long and rewarding career. My background prior to real estate was in retail management where I learned just how important customer service and people skills are. I won several awards for customer service and was a manager trainer for a world-wide coffee retailer, guess who. In my years managing with this company I learned how to deal with every type of personality that is out there as well as how to handle and recover customers. I am striving to bring these same skills to the real estate arena. Thus far, my clients have told me that they appreciate my people skills, attitude and helpful communication. People are my passion and I aim to make every transaction as smooth and stress free as possible for my clients. I work hard and I believe that my hard work today will be my reputation tomorrow.

I specialize in first time home buyers and REO/Foreclosure properties. I excell in working with buyers and finding great homes and great deals for them. I also work with sellers and enjoy getting their homes ready for the market and seeking out the right time and the right price to meet their needs. Every client has different needs and one of the most enjoyable parts of my job is sitting down with them and discovering their needs and what I can do to meet them. I am a firm believer in taking my client's needs and developing a plan for either buying a home or selling their home. I have found that by laying out a plan and sticking to it I can reduce my client's stress level and prepare them for smart stress-free negotiation and a smooth transaction. For the first time home buyer, it can be really daunting to take a huge step in buying a home with little direction and understanding of the process. Giving them knowledge to make a decision that they are comfortable with and that will hold up to the test of time is an important part of my duties to them.
