I am very knowledgeable of the market in Evanston and on other locations on the North Shore, including Wilmette, Kenilworth, Winnetka, Highland Park, Skokie, Morton Grove, Glenview and other markets, incuding the North Side of Chicago.
After many years in the business, I have tackled many sides of the real estate business. I was the managing broker for a small real estate company for 3 years. I also worked with a developer of condominiums in Evanston for over nine years and understand new construction. I believe in additional education and hold CRS & GRI designations.
