Thank you for taking the time to read the following.  As a real estate professional in my 10th year in the profession I feel that my background has a lot to offer people with their real estate needs. 

I grew up in a small town in west central Minnesota and as such, most of my first few jobs were of construction background. I spent the first few years actually building homes; the most rewarding of which was for one of the first developers of Ty-Vek—one of the first brand of house wraps used in new construction.  The daughter and son-in-law to this particular client were architects and actually designed the home so there was nothing ordinary about it and the finished product was truly unbelievable.  I also spent a lot of time doing concrete work from laying blocks for basements as well as pouring foundations and other flatwork.  As anyone who has done this type of work knows, it’s not as easy on the body as other professions and that was one of the reasons why I chose to devote my time to strictly helping people buy and sell real estate.  It amazes me that no matter what a person is buying, so few people actually know the product they are selling or helping to sell and I feel that is one of the greatest values I can give to my clients.

I currently reside in Sartell, MN with my two children and have owned many properties as well as a few rental units and I personally find it rewarding to help people realize their goals and I strive to make the transition as seamless and stress-free as possible.  I have dozens of happy past clients who can attest to that and I can assure you that the best interests of my clients are always on my mind.
