Buyers and sellers with difficult or unusual problems will find that I have a ready ear and a willingness to try to solve those problems. Patience and perseverance are two of my characteristics, so much so that I have been sometimes referred to as a "bulldog" (no offense to the doglovers out there!) when it comes to getting my customers what they want. I have learned a great deal from my customers, and I try to bring all my knowledge and expertise to bear to get them the property or sale that works best for them.
When a buyer comes to me for help in finding a property, we try to determine what their wants and needs are, try to get the very best financing and then we go "house-hunting" for just the right property. Once we find it, I go to work to get it for them, then accompany and advise them all the way through the process to closing.
When a seller comes to me, we discuss what their needs are beyond the bottom line. Then we agree on the marketing plan. I am especially picky about the photos, virtual tours and quality of the other marketing pieces that will appear on the internet because that is where nearly 90% of the buyers will first be exposed to their property. My principal goal for them is the best possible price in the least possible time so that they can move on with their lives.
