Peter Taylor has been a long time resident of Edmonton, Alberta since 1986. Originally from the West Coast of British Columbia, Peter has been involved with government research in the forest industry, formerly owned a small oilfield service company, a multimedia company, and most recently became licensed in 2004. Upon becoming a Realtor, Peter realized that there was significant competition in the industry, but easily overcame these initial hurdles by his diligence in the customer service end of Real Estate. Peter views challenges as opportunities. When realizing that the majority of individuals searching for a  house were internet based, Peter concentrated on high end photography, marketing detailed descriptions of homes, and producing high end feature books for every potential purchaser. In 2005, frustrated by the challenge of selling vacant properties, Peter formed alliances with home stagers and an interior designer. The transformation of properties ultimately led to much faster sales with ultimate higher dollar figures and less stress for the sellers. This year in 2007, Peter became involved in a revolutionary concept of International Real Estate. He joined a Luxury Real Estate organization that advertises his listings on a worldwide scale. In addition to this Peter has formed alliances with top real estate agents around the world that will assist in marketing his local and international properties. Peter has also become one of the first Canadians certified as an International Real Estate Specialist under the Castles and Estates organization. Peter Taylor’s latest venture is to film in high definition, FULL MOTION VIDEO TOURS of all his listings Peter is also well connected throughout Canada and Globally with Realtors. These strategic alliances ensure maximum exposure for all his local listings.
