| In my interactions with other Realtors, I have come to appreciate honesty, good nature and competence. Peggy Kelbel strives to do all that is required for her clients. Much of what she does involves communicating and negotiating and making an effective use of humor. She treats other Realtors with respect but always has her clients best interests first and foremost. A real pleasure to work with, she handles her share of the documentation work with timeliness and thoughtful accuracy. She has a quirky propensity for wanting to make all the systems efficient. | I am currently in the process of organization, repairs and improvement to my home in considering the possibility of selling or renting it should I need to move out of state for a new job. I had Integrity Realty visit my property, assess a variety of areas in which I could improve the value of my home, how, and with the highest quality and the most economical way possible. Peggy was timely, focused, knew her "stuff" and could quickly identify areas that needed attention and offered solutions within my price range. She has a warm, kind personality with a no-nonsense, experienced, eye for quality and developing a plan of action that fit my specific needs. In addition, should I decide to rent my three bedroom home I will be contacting Integrity Realty to discuss managing my rental property for me while I reside out of state. |

| I was particularly and painfully picky when it came to find my next house, but Peggy Kelbel was there to guide me. She conducted an exhaustive search to find the right home for my needs. Peggy comes with a long list of skills, including basic construction and remodeling, that will assist the buyer in making the right choice. I feel that she gave me honest advice about every aspect of buying a home--what it would cost to make repairs, potential landscaping problems, the safety of surrounding neighborhoods, and traffic patterns on nearby streets and businesses. As a result, I am living in a great solid house in a great neighborhood close to work, and I still love it even after you consider that curb appeal can wear off after the first year. I really valued the fact that I could bounce an idea off her and she's give me a direct and honest answer, not just a canned response that would sell me a house and close the deal. |
