I started my career in real estate in 2000 and, along with my father John, we created the Pecarich Marketing Team. We were awarded the prestigious Centurion Award from 2000 thru 2006. This is an international award given to the top producing marketing teams for Century 21... I was awarded the 2009, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2017 top sales achievement awards for Kurilla Real Estate, Ltd.

I am a former college basketball player and a graduate from Central Lakes College and The University of Wisconsin-Stout, where I met my wife Jill. I have a daughter Chloe and two sons John & Luka. I have been active with Brainerd Sports Boosters, Lakes Area Racquet Sports, coaching youth basketball and tennis.
