| My Wife and I just settled into our dream home after many years of searching. Our transaction went as smoothly as one could ever have asked for. Leading up to this settlement I have been in contact with Ability Mortgage Group for near (4) years. Peter and his team were consistently responsive and accurate in answering my many questions. This was my third settlement with them and would not hesitate to use them again. I have personally recommended friends and they too had excellent experiences. Peter is extremely professional yet with a laid back and positive attitude which I have repeatedly found to be an important piece in what can be a stressful experience for some. | This is our 3rd time working with Pete @ Ability Mortgage group. He has great access to a multitude of loan products and can cut through all off the underwriting regulations and paperwork to simplify the process. The first two times were seamless and this time was even better. Loan approval in 3 weeks and his closing estimate was within $100 of the final HUD1. For those who are considering a purchase and debating between calling their bank and a broker....call Ability! Pete's 20+ year relationship with the banks allows him to shop the best product for your needs. More importantly, he can simplify your process and remove one piece of the stress out of the home buying process. Highly recommended!! |

| Peter bent over backwards to guide me through my first home buying process. I went through 2 other homes before finally settling and closing. | I would recommend Peter from Ability Mortgage without hestitation. He is very knoweldge of the market, trends, loans, and etc. I was a troublesome customer trying to purchase a short sale house. He worked with me for six months to ensure I closed on the house. Even near the end, when it seemed as closing was impossible due to unforseen circumstances, he was able to assist and guide us down a different path. I would recommend to everyone! |
