| I would recommend Peter to all my friends and family. He is a no pressure type salesperson but at the same time very engaged in finding you the home you want. If I am in the market to either sell or buy again he will be my first contact. He knows the market quite well and stays up with all the changes that occur in this ever changing market place. | Peter guided me through an extensive and incredibly thorough housing search for seven months. Being extremely picky about what Im looking for, I made Peter work so much for his money I was left with such an incredible impression of his work ethic, tenacity and dedication to his clients. As an almost impossible to impress consumer, I simply cannot communication the lengths Peter went to, to ensure my home buying process went exactly how I wanted. Peter showed me (in person) one hundred homes. Each time, Peter was knowledgeable about the home, area, market and purchasing/escrow information. The entire process, Peter maintained a very healthy respect for my financial concerns, leaving me with the impression he cares more about customer satisfaction than making money. Peter's patient, polite, timely, professional and even pleasant to be around. The kind of person you'd want to be friends with. In every aspect of the home buying experience, Peter is at the top of his game. He was always timely and he would make himself available on very short notice. Once he got the feel for what we were looking for and where, he was able to help us find a varity of homes with interest to us.
