You are priority one....it's that simple. One of my strong points is to actively search for potential buyers all around the listed properties. I do this by knocking every single door with 100 homes surrounding the listed property. I also have a large database of potential buyers that are informed of a property when it becomes available. 200 phone calls a day is standard operating procedure for The Richardson Team. I have a number of advanced degrees. The knowledge I gained through these degree programs has helped me in my real estate career. I honestly believe that real estate is more than just selling properties. It is more about building trusting, life-long relationships. I want to be your real estate agent for life, not just for this property. With my current web presence, I have blogs, chat rooms, and messaging that I use to keep my clients and friends abreast of everything from housing trends to gardening tips to the latest club information. It really is about building a community. That is why I became a real estate agent in the first place, to help my fellow man and build strong communities. I have education in the law that helps my clients with litigious information. I also served as a Superintendent in Chicago and know a lot about landscaping, lawn services, irrigation systems, and what it takes to get a home ready for sale. I have also done interior work with drywalling, electrical, concrete and roofing as well. All of these experiences combine to make one heck of a knowledgeable real estate agent.
