The number one issue with a client and agent relationship is trust. Clients need an agent that will tell them the truth and do what they promise.  My family and friends know that I am someone they can count on. They know that when I say something I always follow though and do what I say. I run my business the same way. When I am with clients I let them know what to expect and most importantly, I make sure that I do what I say I will do!
