Get to Know Paul Cataldo
Paul and Linda are originally from Rome, New York, an upstate city located in the Mohawk Valley at the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains. Linda taught high school mathematics for 34 years in the Rome School System, and culminated her career instructing at the local community college. Paul's family owned and operated a local building supply business in Rome for three generations. They have two sons : Chip, who lives in Myrtle Beach and is involved with The Cataldo Team Real Estate, and Eric who is a real estate attorney in Boston. After vacationing in Myrtle Beach for 11 years, the decision to retire here was an easy one. They love the weather, the beaches and the great golf courses. The low cost of living, low property taxes and utilities, made this the ideal place for them to call home. Real estate has always been their passion and it was a logical second career choice for both of them. Working with Keller Wiliams, a family oriented company which prides itself on putting people first, has been a great fit.
