I enjoy working in Real Estate! I've been working for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Cooper & Co, Inc, since 2001, in Mobile Alabama, servicing both Mobile and Baldwin Counties. Investors, we need to find that deal home that will bring you in the additional income you want. Everyone needs to sell something, so regardless of size, or value I want to be on your team. | Paula Messer helped us buy a house. She showed us house after house. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable. She has all the patience and stamina and never lost faith in us. She assured us we would find the right place for us. We are so picky and knew what we wanted and what our budget was. We never once considered not seeking Paula's expertise. We completely trust her. She is so helpful and was willing to share with us the information we needed. We feel extremely comfortable talking to her. She worked for us and helped us make the right decisions. She is amazing. She knows how to find out anything about houses. She has access to all types of resources. She is a professional through and through. We had all the confidence in the world going to our closing. We knew that Paula had all the bases covered for us and that we were making the best decision based on the most accurate information. We showed up to closing with all that was needed and never felt uncertain. Paula was a tremendous help for us. She is very professional and so friendly. | WHAT DIDN'T SHE DO???!! Paula is an amazing realtor, person and now, friend. She was always on time, always professional, took our needs and wants into consideration when selling and buying our homes. She listened and did exactly what we needed her to do. She sold our home in 3 days and helped us find a new home within a month. My husband and I started out with one realtor, trying to sell our home. Nothing happened. We had never met Paula, but had heard many good things about her from my neighbors...her reputation as a realtor and a person. I had heard of her integrity, honesty, hard work, professionalism, timeliness. Also how she never gives up--perseverance! Well, after our first meeting, I knew she was the one I wanted to work with my husband and me! I could tell from our interview process that she was exactly as my neighbors had described. Every home that is listed has a description that is used to entice potential buyers. Well, our description blew even me away! I knew we had a nice home but Paula worded it in a way that made ME want to see it! I saw it through "new eyes". She was wonderful all the way through the entire process of selling and closing. Paula helped us find a new home and she made that fun, enjoyable and relaxing. She only showed us homes that we were interested in and that fit our needs/wants. By being upfront with her, explaining what we wanted/needed and giving her plenty of communication via emails, texts and phone calls, we got it all accomplished and so quickly. Paula was so easy to get hold of, whether any of the ways I just listed, she was "Johnny on the spot" - always got back to me within 5 minutes as I can recall. I never waited long, that's for sure! When dealing with paperwork, we did most of it online, via a secure site that Paula has so we could sign all addendums via our computer. It was so easy! One more thing, if you want to feel like someone is on your side... Paula is your gal! That's one thing I noticed when dealing with the buyers and sellers, she was always our adversary, ALWAYS looking out for our best interests, paying attention to every detail and doing it right the first time.
