The office was established in 2007 by Paula Belcher, GRI.  At that time she found the cost associated with affiliating with larger brokers distracting from focusing on what she loved the most.  By developing Charismatic Real Estate Services she was able to focus on the needs of her clientele, stay abreast of new technology, regulatory issues, and create programs where she can pass on the skills she acquired throughout her Real Estate Career to newer agents.  In doing so, she and all other Charismatic Realtors have been able to remain in an industry they are passionate about, and earn a positive income during the downturn of the market without decreasing the level of services available to their clients.
