I am a wife, Mother of 3, stepmother of 1. I am also a grandmother of 5 and stepgrandmother of 6. I was raised in a very small town called Ione in Northern California. I moved to Butte County after my parents passed away where my husband is from.

I have spent most of my life working in the medical field (28 years) either as a nurse or later after more college as a medical receptionist and cashier. I worked as a CHDP Coordinator in a private practice both family and pediatrics, I also handled all the BICEP coordination in a family practice, I did insurance authorizations, followup billing and all specialty referrals. I have been an office manager for pediatrics and urology and an assistant administrator for internal medicine group.

I finally got tired of the politics and decided to try a new and challenging avenue. I had family members in need of a notary telling me you should give it a try, so jumping in with both feet as usual and not looking back here I am 6 years and 10 months later self employed and loving every minute of my daily tasks to be the best that I can be.

I have taken a real estate course for my own personal gain of knowledge for personal real estate investing. I am a homeowner of 14 years and a landlord for 13 years. I know both sides of the loan process and know what it takes to get the job done and done right.

I am compassionate, professional and a problem solver. I can take the toughest borrower and close a loan with with no complications and leave them and the loan officer happy that the loan closed with no problems. My experience in the medical field and working with the elderly in hospitals over the years gives me the understanding and patience that is required to handle the loan process whether it is a refinance or a reverse mortgage to make thier process as easy as possible.

I am a Certified Notary Loan Signing Agent through the State of California, I also am Certified in Reverse Mortgages.

I also do field inspections and am certified with several companies to do Insurance loss claims, business certifications and lease/financing verifications. I have also taken a training class and have become certified with FEMA.
