My experience lies in implementation of strategies defined to increase proficiency, productivity, and profitability. After working in the corporate arena for many years I branched out on my own as an independent consultant helping organizations align their vision to strategies, tactics and goals. I focused on the performance management side of the business; helping organizations implement ways to use performance management to increase sales and productivity, ultimately increasing profitability.
I joined CENTURY 21 Scheetz in 2003 because I knew this organization understood the importance of treating people with respect and used performance management tools to manage their organization. Since joining this fabulous organization I have continued using my background in implementation of strategic initiatives. The Real Estate Industry is ever-changing. It is an industry that enables me to continuously improve, and encourage those around me to do the same.
Areas of exptertise - always hate sections like this. Sounds like I'm bragging..but as they say, if I don't who will, right?
Implementation of ideas into reality is one area I would say I excel. I take it on as a challenge when I hear a concept, maybe just a brainstorming idea, and then try to figure out how to put it all together, implement it in the most efficient and cost effective way possible, and try to have a little fun in the meantime with it all.
