Get to Know Patricia E. Zanelli
I have over seventeen years of experience as an Associate Broker and Appraiser. For the past years, I have been working at R.J. Smith Realty in Pine Bush, New York. I am a member of Team R.J., a team of 13 highly qualified and diversified professionals. The Team approach offers many advantages for clients, including expertise in all types, styles and sizes of properties. I use my considerable experience in working with buyers to help them in their search for land or a home. Additionally, my experience as an appraiser supports TEAM R.J. in pricing a property so that the property is competitively priced in the current market.
As as certified residential specialist, I have spent a lot of time working on large scale, multi unit projects. Some of the projects I have been involved with include Phase II of Canterbury Knolls in Middletown, Winding Brook in Walden, Ellenridge in Ellenville and Plains Estates in Wallkill. I enjoy being able to help my clients with all the selections for their new homes.
I am a member of the Orange County Association of Realtors, the New York State Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Greater Hudson Valley Multiple Listing Service. My Team also belongs to the Ulster and Sullivan County Multitple Listing Services. I am a graduate of the Masters Sales Academy and a CRS & GRI candidate.

I specialize in New Construction for Team RJ as an on-site coordinator for residential development projects involving multiple new homes for 10 years, with a background as an appraiser. I deal direcectly with builders and developers on site selection, pricing and model selection.
