state of Arizona for the last 4 years.  Prior to that I was the president of a top fifty remodeling company.  I know and understand residential real estate. I bring the expertise of knowing how to stage properties for the highest impact on the market.  I am familiar with construction and what can and can't be done with a home in terms of remodeling etc. 

I bring with me a team of professionals ie roofers,electricians,landscapers,handyman and carpenters etc.

I have been a multi-million dollar producer for 4 years in a row selling in excess of 44 properties a year.  I love what I do and I am passionate about it.
