I have extensive real estate listing and sales experience in both my previous home in Northern Virginia, and now in Land O Lakes, Florida.  My background includes new homes sales, where I help my clients to consider the future - to buy a home that has the best ameneties that they will find useful, and when it ocmes time to sell their home, the features that buyers will find desireable.  Not too long ago, I found a farm for a client, built in 1794 that was laregly a historic farm and highly suited for running a horse ranch and junior riding stable.  I am knowledgeable of condominiums and the benefits of condo and zero-lot line home ownership. And my wife and I do some home restoration investments and periodically have excellent fully restored older homes.

I recently completed the three courses required for the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation, and the Short Sales and Foreclosure (SFR) training for the SFR designation.

My preference is to work with first-time buyers, but that isn't really a limit.  My slogan is that "I'll go the extra mile to be sure my clients get the best results".
