For the last year I have been in some of the best training ever in my almost 25 years in Real Estate, and that is Online Dominance.  A course presented by Michael Russer aka Mr. Internet and his astounding crew of teachers and advisors.  This website is in it's infancy, with up to 5 different phases planned now.  This website is designed for Young Retirees no matter what their age, or how far from retirement they may be.  The home searching tool is provided by Californias newest MLS provider, CalRedd, the maps now in the works are awesome!  I hope you will visit soon and often, your input and ideas are priceless.
