Staging is my lifes passion. I offer staging services that start at as little as $150 for a walk through consultation to fully furnishing high end homes. I love helping my clients realize a larger return on the investment they have made in their homes and helping their buyers see the trye potential of their new home to be a place they can be proud to own. I began my career in staging after becoming a Real Estate Investor and seeing how quickly my homes sold or leased compared to my peers. The difference was that I took the time to carefully stage to appeal to the lifestyle of the buyer I envisioned in the home. Results were amazing and I can now proudly say that our average time on market for the homes we staged in 2010 was under 30- days. 2011 has started off to be even lower!
The investment in staging is always less than your first price reduction and saves you thousands in holding costs. It just makes sense.

This is a quick low cost service for those that would like a fresh perspective and have the time to stage their homes themselves. I provide a detailed report with pictures describing in detail the changes that will make the biggest impact to sell your home.

Did you like the look we achieved in the home you just sold? With our staging to live services we will help you arrange your furniture, select wall colors and organize your rooms to create a feeling of beauty and tranquility from the moment you walk in the door. We also offer personal shopping services, tell me the look you are after and your budget and I'll do the comparison shopping for you to get the look your want for the lowest cost.
