I have been in the Real Estate business as a Realtor since June 2009.  I have lived in Indiana since 1995.  I moved from Upstate N.Y. and would never move back.  I love the people here in Indiana.  I have lived in Marion,  Morgan and Johnson Counties.  I know Indianapolis and all of it's surrounding areas very well.  I have worked with several buyers and sellers in the past year.  I am also currently working with a few Commercial buyers.  I have learned alot in just my first year including obtaining my SFR Certification.  I think that I am very easy to talk to and I always like to make sure that my clients understand what is happening at all times and give them advanced knowledge about what will happen before it gets here.  I really like to talk but I always make sure that I am not doing all of the talking.  I value what other people have to say.  God gave us two ears and one mouth and I really do try to do alot of listening as long as the speaker isn't a campaigning politician.  :)  The main thing that sets me apart from other agents is my love for pizza and Italian cuisine.  Seriously though,  I am always willing to go that extra mile for my family,  friends and clients.  I will always make it a top priority to promptly answer my client's questions and concerns.  There is nothing worse than being the client with a concern and not receiving a call back from your Agent to eliminate that concern.  I'm honest!  I do things the right way the first time!  I'm straight forward.  I won't tell you that your home is worth $300,000 just because I think that's what you want to hear,  I will actually tell you what it is worth in the current market.  That's me.  The main reason I chose Coldwell Banker SCR is because everyone here is always willing to help or answer my questions.  When someone chooses me as their Real Estate Consultant they are getting my honesty,  dedication,  and morals along with the experience of myself plus over twenty fellow agents that are always willing to lend a helping hand.
