Hi everyone, I'm Mike Osborn and I work with Long & Foster Realtors at the Chesapeake branch office in Chesapeake, Virginia. 

I feel very lucky to be in an office with a great broker who is constantly available to answer my questions as well as many other experienced agents. 

Prior to becoming a Realtor, I served in the United States Navy for 11 years.  During that time I was a Hospital Corpsman and a Fire Controlman (not at the same time).  I can truly say I enjoyed my time in the military and sometimes I do miss it, but I feel that my time in the military can only help me now in understanding the needs of both Active Duty and Veteran clients of which there are a lot in our area.

I have lived in the Hampton Roads area since 2002 and have grown quite attached to it.  I first lived in Virginia Beach and then moved out to a small town west of Suffolk, VA called Franklin.

My hobbies include:  writing (fiction - fantasy/thriller), reading plenty of books, gardening, travel as often as I can, antique collecting, playing pool, and spending time with my family which isn't really a hobby but it is something I love to do.
