Having been born and raised in the Berdine's corner section of North Brunswick, the reputation of this office surpasses most others.
I enjoy working with first time home buyers and seeing the excitement in thier eyes when we finally find the right home! I enjoy working with builders and the challenges finding the right piece of land for development that come with this task.
I love the oppurtunity to work with sellers and show them how all of are cutting edge technology along with my creative marketing skills can get them the best price in the shortest amount of time for their home.
I firmly believe that communication is the key to any successful relationship, you are never just another buyer or seller we will be building a relationship that I truly value.
My primary focus is the client's needs. I have great listening skills and focus on what the clients wants and needs are. While I can not do magic I do the best I can to met thier needs. There is always something to learn from someone. I can learn from them as much as they learn about Real Estate from me. Perhaps I also have great teacking skills due to the fact that one of best clients became my competitor after I taught him everything I knew about the business of Real Estate. That just shows the level of service I am willing to provide to each and every client. I am never too busy for you, you are too important.!

| We had been transferred back to NJ and thought we would never find a home. After staying in a hotel for nearly a year we were introduced to Rose, her knowledge of the area and resources were very impressive, she spent the time to explain how things worked here now in NJ. She really listened to our needs and most off all she had the patience we required. We could not have done it without her and now consider her a friend ! Thanks Rose |

| Just listen to what some builders have had to say in the past, Rose is the hardest working Realtor I have ever met and being a home builder for over 30 years I know plenty. She also does her homework when she is offering me a piece of land. She knows what it will take to get the approvals needed.
