I enjoy Real Estate and all the different opportunities it presents to both Buyers and Sellers. It helps keep me sharp since I know each day will be different and gives me the chance to meet and help people achieve their goals of either finding that "perfect" house or helping Sellers market and sell their home.
I've been involved with a lot of New Construction Homes and represent Awesome Builders in our market area. They actually take the time and effort to have tremendous pride when they build homes for people, it is such a pleasure to represent them!
I have been very involved in Resales, as well. These can range from the small first time Buyer to a Large home for the family moving up.
I've also been very involved in trying to help people get through the Foreclosure process with as much dignity as possible and sell their home and close that chapter in their life. We all make mistakes and need help to get through problems. Our role is to help clients get from here to there with minimal effort on their part. I are also very familiar with helping you achieve an "ok" for a "Short Sale".

Today's Real Estate market is very demanding upon us as Realtors. We must know ALL aspects of our Industry and be prepared to help clients with our expertise. I have taken the time and effort to be involved in many aspects of Real Estate from the First Time Buyer to the High End upgrade Buyer to the Senior wanting to Downsize. In all of this are Investors, Foreclosures and HUD's to name a few. The Mortgage side is different and we always refer people to experts in that field. Title work is the same. Depending on the type of Purchase determines who we recommend for Title Searches and Insurance.
Home Inspections are a must to protect the Buyers and Sellers so each side knows exactly what they are Buying and Selling. We even recommend a Termite Inspection on a Listing of an older home (unless under contract with an Exterminator), so we don't have any "surprises" when the Agreement of Sale is negotiated.
I am a firm believer in utilizing today's Technology. I have both Audio AND Text Messaging Signs on all our Listings so Buyers can get instant info as they look from the curb.
