I moved the Chicagoland area just before the turn of the new millennium and have been here ever since.  I have been in the mortgage industry for a decade now and have experienced every aspect of it that there is, including ownership in a smaller nationwide mortgage banker. 

The greatest strength I bring (aside from experience, knowledge and a commitment to excellence) is customer service.  This belief was ingrained in me from the 15 years I spent as a manager in the hospitality industry and helped in defining my personal mission statement.
