25 years experience......full time....it's my only profession. I'm a family man with 5 grown children and grandkids. I have several real estate designations.  But most people aren't concerned with the TAGS. They want someone they can trust. Someone who understands THEIR needs. My business is based on that. 95% of my business is repeat and by referral.  My experience is in all areas of residential housing including single family, duplexes, multifamily properties, and land. Commercial experience: smaller strip centers and single use projects.  I would refer industrial projects, and other large commercial and specialty projects. I enjoy working with "Baby Boomers" and Seniors and those who need to avail themselves of a tax deferred exchange.
