My wife Sally and I decided several years ago that we would eventually live in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Approximately four weeks ago with the help of Re/Max real estate broker Chandler Spawr our dream came true. While Sally and I had decided to start a new chapter in our lives here in the Outer Banks, without the assistance of Chandler this would not have been possible. Chandler, It has been a while but I just wanted to extend our appreciation for the great job you did selling our lot in Southern Shores. I truly believe that without someone like yourself with the connections and respect you have been able to compile over the years, we would still have the lot up for sell.  I listed our home on the Outer Banks at the end of April due to divorce.  After consulting with three other companies, it was Chandler I chose, not solely for pricing, but rather his friendly and professional manner, insight to the sales market and how to best sell my home in a timely manner.

His approach to marketing was extremely efficient.  From using the website to "Showcase" my home, preparing brochures and contacting other agents, Chandler was always ahead of the rest.  I knew I could rely on his expertise and professional judgments.

In the month that followed, we had many contacts via telephone, emails and faxes.  These occurred almost on a daily basis.  He would keep me up to date on how many showings the house had and comments from prospective buyers and agents.  He even had the amount of times my home was visited on the website!  That type of information and communication is nothing less than awesome!

 We recently closed on the sale of our Corolla vacation home, with Mr. Spawr as our agent.  I would highly recommend his services for the following reasons:
