| My family and I have been living in our new home for a few weeks now and we could not be any happier. While searching for a home can be overwhelming, Oscar made the process much easier and was there for us every step of the way. We had very specific items that we were looking for and most importantly the location we wanted our kids to grow up in. At the very beginning of our home search, Oscar told us that he will find the perfect home for our family and that he did. | Oscar really went above and beyond the call of duty. He started working with me in June 2012 to sell my mother's house. I was the trustee of my mother's estate and I had never sold a house before. It was a very emotional time for me as I was selling the house because my mother passed. It took about 6 months to sell due to many family conflicts, complications, and court battles. Oscar was there every step of the way. He was very attentive during this very difficult time. His goal was to make sure I got what I wanted and he did everything he could to make this happen. He always responded timely to all my requests (and there were many!). I think the average realtor would have walked away from this deal. But Oscar really hung in there. He was very knowledgeable about the Downey market and ultimately got me exactly what I wanted. And he jumped through hoops to do it. Having never sold a house before, I really required a lot of hand holding and guidance. Oscar is very good at doing this. His expertise made me feel confident about what was happening. He explained everything in language I could understand. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor! If you are looking for someone who really knows and understands the downey Real Estate market, and you are looking for someone who genuinely cares about what you want (not the obnoxious, pushy type), then Oscar is your man! I highly recommend him. He really made this process a lot easier (and I wasn't an easy customer). |
