I am a Customer Account Manager. My main job is to match Buyers and Sellers with The Partners Sales Professionals. I manage three websites. I check these sites daily to check Internet leads that register, make Home Tour Requests and answer questions. I assign leads to my team of agents. Their job is to contact leads ASAP. I contact all customers that make Home Tour Requests. Then I match them with an agent that is familiar with the area they are looking in. I work 7 days a week and carry a company blackberry to make sure  no lead goes unattended. I provide quick response to emails and have agents contact customers within an hour of the request. Sometimes the requests may be unusual, like one call I received last July 4th. A woman calls the website phone and needs help. She lives out of town and is coming to visit family in Illinois. Her family in Ill. phone is not working. Her request was that she found a house online that was listed by our Flossmoor, Illinois office and it was next to her family's home. She wanted me to ask the sell to go next door and tell the family member to call her asap cause they needed to confirm their visit. Very strange but true. I did not have the seller info so I called our Flossmoor and asked if the Listing Agent could call the seller of this listing and have them go to the neighbor and have them call the woman. Yes, they did make contact and they did have a nice visit. The woman called me back and Thanked me sooo much!!! Like I said we are a Full Service Real Estate!! My motto is "We are a Customer Service Company that just Happens to Sell Homes!!"
