Born and raised in Atlanta, Nichole prides herself  in doing the right thing for her clients. Through her superior knowledge and negotiation skills, she is able to get her buyers what they want and so much more! As a buyers specialist, with extensive knowledge in the foreclosure and short sale industry, she continues to stay ahead of the latest trends in the real estate market.

Nichole s career started in the communications field with many successful ventures at top global corporations like AT&T, Bell Atlantic, and Uniway. She also spent 10 years working in the legal field with the DeKalb County District Attorney s Office, where she developed her problem solving skills working with the public s best interest at heart. Her strong desire to be a GREAT agent grew out of her own personal experience with real estate salespersons who did not have Nichole s best interest at heart. She is determined to treat each of her clients as she would like to be treated, and to help them find the best deal possible for them!

Nichole Villafane is passionate about her position as a key player on the Carmen Johnson and Company team! She is also very dedicated to her community and volunteers on many different local political campaigns, and church groups.  She has a child who is functionally autistic, and is an advocate in finding a cure for Autism.
