As well as being the Lead Realtor in Michigan for Century 21 since 2012, I am a Licenced Clinical Psychologist and that sure does help in my understanding of what it takes to get this job done. But what you really need to know is I am extremely understanding empathetic and hardworking My moral fiber is clear to any who understands this: I was raised Catholic (16 years of schooling also) by depression era parents.
I have a strong team of painters, plumbers, electricians, staggers and house cleaners and movers. I will not take one dime in a referral from them. If they are not top drawer I will not let them work with me. I also have been successful in getting small home improvement loans for seniors that are no interest an paid back at close. For those who want to house fixed up can't afford it and want to stay or fix the house to move and get top dollar.
I am the #1 Realtor for the Century 21 brand in Michigan. My national rank is #7. My Global rank is #10 for Century 21. Real Trends Wall Street Journal rank 111 in the US. I have been the lead listing Realtor in my company of over 500 agents since 2009. My sales volume exceeds $250 million. I am frequently called on to assist other agents and am considered to be loyal, helpful, and smart by my peers and clients.
I have produced a faster and higher level of closed sales than anyone in my company. In 2015, I closed 171 local transactions. In 2016 I closed 180 transactions. In 2017 165 units and this Year 2018 I closed 170 units.
I have been licenced as a Realtor since 1999 and as a Psychologist from 1990 and prior to that I taught Religion and Psychology at Divine Child and Regina HS. Which is where I graduated from in 1977. I received my BA from Mercy College and My Masters in Clinical Psych from the Center for Humanistic Psychology.

We found ourselves feeling like fast friends which was very comforting. But first and foremost, Nancy is a professional and her stats and resume are almost intimidating. We could have worried that our house or budget might be viewed as small potatoes to someone with her track record. We could have worried that we were pestering or requiring too much of her time. Instead we were treated like her priority. Nancy just seems to get people, she is an excellent read. You just find yourself in tune with her. While she has your back and wants what you want, when she has her sites set and it's negotiation time, she is solid and stern-no pushover. It's not an easy balance to find in a person or realtor. The only sad part of our home buying journey was the idea that we would see and speak to Nancy less often. While buying more houses with her does not fit our budget, luckily there is Facebook and text messages to still stay in touch! |

| I would highly recommend Nancy Robinson as a buying or selling agent. I was selling my home at a very hectic time in my life and Nancy made the process smooth. She always responded to calls and texts very quickly. When the appraisal came back on my home and a few minor updates were needed, it was the week of my wedding. I didn't have time to make the updates and Nancy jumped in and offered for a contractor to make the changes to keep the process moving along for all the parties involved. | Beyond amazing. Anyone who has dealt with realtors knows that at times it can feel like your business is only as valuable as the payday. Nancy went above and beyond on a mild sales opportunity time and time again, not only providing a wealth of insight and assistance during the process but an inherent personal investment of time and workpower. While the process was frustrating at times for reasons outside of her control, Nancy was able to steer the process in such a way that I feel better about my purchase because it was through her. Based upon my experience I have zero doubt that Nancy could handle any account given to her because of the excellence she showed on one of her most minor. She is not only an excellent representative of her profession but also a credit to Century 21 and anyone lucky enough to know her. I've used as many overused hyperbole as one is allowed in such a venue but I cannot speak highly enough of Nancy and know that I will not only recommend her to every person I come across but keep her in mind for anything relevant in my own life.
