National Property Inspections Inc. is one of the oldest and most well-respected names in the home and commercial building inspection business. Roland Bates, founder and president, started the company based on standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism. Those continue to be our standards for excellence today.

NPI franchise owners receive both in-house and ride-along training. Continuing education is offered annually through the corporate office. In addition, NPI professionals have access seven days a week to a technical support team so that clients don't have to wait.

NPI's state-of-the-art reports clearly explain all of the findings and include digital pictures. Questions are answered promptly and clearly so the clients can make an informed purchase decision based on an unbiased report. We understand that all problems with a home can be fixed and strive to present our findings in a way that does not frighten clients or cause added stress. To provide additional peace of mind to clients and referring agents, each inspector carries E&O and general liability insurance.
