I am a long time resident of the NOrthShore, the towns just North of the city of Chicago in Cook and Lake Counties....I cover most of the city of Chicago especial the areas from downtown to the NorthWest and North. My specialty are the suburbs of the NorthShore from Evanston to Lake Forest in the NOrth and beyond and from the East  Highland Park, Glencoe and Winnetka to the West to Barrington. And all the towns inbetween like Buffalo Grove, Lincolnshire, Hawthorn Woods, Gurnee, Long Grove, Northbrook, Wilmette, The Glen, the village of Golf, Glenview, Deerfield, Riverwoods, Bannockburn, Mount Prospect, Arlington Heights, Park Ridge and so many more..... I have a special love for Buyers and investors..... I take time to understand each individual buyers' needs, I show them any and all properties anywhere they look to explore their options. I let them know about all properties in their price range, size and style that are on the market. I provide them with daily listing e-mails. I make myself available to them for showings and I even prepare half day and full day showing tours, if they give me about 5 days advance notice to prepare them carefully and bring all supportive documentation with me. I cover condos, townhouses, medium range single family homes, luxury homes and luxury estates, land to build and all new construction! And investment properties as well....

For my Sellers I take a slightly different approach - I do not list just to list another property.... I like to establish an understanding of the market conditions with the seller, discuss in detail the marketing and advertising approach and I like to establish a personal trust (just as if one wants to find a family doctor, or attorney, I want the same trust from my sellers in their REaltor and listing agent!)  and my sellers will always be assured that I personally take care of their property, whether showings, marketing or advertising is concerned. I am very good in suggesting to Sellers the right things to fix or upgrade and how to better stage their home if and when necessary. The personal touch and the fact that I keep my sellers informed consistently about what is not only happening with their home, but also with the surrounding market, makes them appreciate my services most.
