Norlyn has a 25 year actuarial background, and achieved the distinguisheed FSA designation, Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries, in 1993. He brings his extensive knowledge of statistics and economics to bear on every full service listing, combining "precision pricing" with proven negotiating skills to get the best possible deal for clients. Norlyn's "success quotient" (combining the percentage of listings that sell with the percentage of list price obtained) is higher than any of the other top 30 agents in the Fox Valley.
Among his academic achievements are the Distinquished Cadet award at West Point Military Academy in 1980 (for being in the top 5% of the class), and a University Fellowship to pursue a PhD in Economics, in 1996.
