The influences affecting property values at the micro-market level aren't always evident and are constantly changing. Keeping up with those changes is one way I try to give my clients an edge.

I give continual study a priority because I know it's easy to get property information from the internet but you can't make good buying or selling decisions without perspective and judgment. Integrating all the information out there is how you spot opportunities and avoid pit falls.
