Noel has been active in the Warrenton-Fauquier community by serving as an officer with Fauquier National Bank (now Fauquier Bank), as a Councilman on the Warrenton Town Council, as a Commissioner on the Town of Warrenton Planning Commission, as Treasurer of The Virginia Gold Cup Association, and as a Vestryman at St. James Episcopal Church.  In 1987, he helped establish The Bank of Loudoun in Leesburg.   He has served as President of both the Leeds Square Condominium Association and the Ivy Hill Homeowners Assocation.

In addition to the Warrenton-Fauquier community, he is familiar with commercial and residential areas in Culpeper, Loudoun, Prince William, Rappahanock, Warren, and  Stafford Counties.

With a solid foundation of experience in financial services, consulting, and real estate, Noel  is committed to meeting client needs with knowledge, constant action, friendliness, and integrity.
