Los Angeles is a remarkable city with a dynamic, fast-paced real estate market! This is a GREAT place to live! We have an incredible array of neighborhoods and I work with clients in almost all of them as one of the top agents in our company. Since 2004 I have been working in the Los Angeles Westside area, helping people buy and sell properties in all price ranges. I love what I do as a real estate professional and thoroughly enjoy helping my clients get the best price they possibly can when selling their home or locating their next dream home. They can expect honesty, integrity & thorough knowledge from me. What does this really mean and how does it help my clients?
By honesty, I mean that my clients hire me to tell them truth- not just want they want to hear! I will give them an honest estimate as to what they can expect on the sale price of their home, what is happening in the market, ways to make their home more "sell-able" and feedback on their property. Buyers will hear an honest opinion as to the pros and cons of a property and the best options for them. They will see ALL homes that fit what they are looking for and they will be kept updated constantly.
By integrity, I mean that my clients' interests come first. I am in their corner 100% of the time and I am constantly working to protect them and their interests. They are my priority. Referrals are an important part of my business and making sure that my clients are happy- even thrilled- is why they refer me to their friends and family.
By thorough knowledge, I mean that I know Los Angeles real estate. I know the different intricate neighborhoods and the sales history, creative ways to construct a solid offer to give my clients an edge during multiple offers, the best ways to get my clients what they want. I will walk my clients through the buying and selling process step-by-step. I also have clients who just want it "done" and don't want to know the details- we can do that, too. If we come to a roadblock, we will solve the problem and make things happen for them.
Constantly working on improving my business and how I can better serve my clients, I am an Internet Marketing Specialist, a Certified Negotiator, a Seniors Real Estate Specialist and I specialize in our luxury properties.
As a former teacher with Teach for America and Midwestern transplant, I am a firm believer in the value of a strong work ethic and giving back to the community.
